You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. That’s enough time for even the slowest zombie to make a decision!

To ensure your return goes smoother than a ghost floating through walls:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Provide your original order number
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items are too terrifying to return to their coffins:
- Accessories that have been opened or used
- Children’s costume sets with broken seals
- Custom or personalized items that would give even Frankenstein’s monster nightmares to reproduce
- Items purchased during our “Full Moon Flash Sales” (clearly marked at time of purchase)

💸 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (faster than a skeleton can rattle its bones!)
- Refund Method: Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged

Want to trade your zombie costume for a 1920’s flapper dress? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Include your exchange request in your return form, and we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
