You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. That’s enough time for even the slowest zombie to make a decision!

📦 Return Conditions

To ensure your return goes smoother than a ghost floating through walls:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Provide your original order number

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are too terrifying to return to their coffins:

  • Accessories that have been opened or used
  • Children’s costume sets with broken seals
  • Custom or personalized items that would give even Frankenstein’s monster nightmares to reproduce
  • Items purchased during our “Full Moon Flash Sales” (clearly marked at time of purchase)

  3. Wait for Our Response – We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions faster than a witch can fly on her broomstick
  4. Package Your Items Securely – Use the original packaging if possible

💸 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Want to trade your zombie costume for a 1920’s flapper dress? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Include your exchange request in your return form, and we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.
