Absolutely! We’re committed to providing high-quality, affordable costumes that won’t break the bank. We believe everyone should be able to transform into their favorite character without spending a fortune. Our costumes are designed to be both creative and durable for all your Halloween adventures!

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive payment confirmation. We work quickly because we know how important timing is for Halloween events and cosplay conventions!
What shipping options do you offer?
We have two spook-tacular shipping methods:
â€ĸ Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat fee): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after shipping
â€ĸ Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50+, via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to bring Halloween cheer worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently do not deliver to Asia and select remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact our support team.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey from our spooky headquarters to your doorstep. This is especially helpful for cosplay lovers timing their outfit arrivals!

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your items. If anything isn’t quite right with your Halloween gear, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll guide you through our simple return process. No tricks, just treats!
What if my costume arrives damaged or has defects?
We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong, please contact us immediately! We’ll make it right and ensure you get the quality costume experience you deserve.

I have a specific event date – which shipping should I choose?
For last-minute parties or time-sensitive cosplay events, we recommend our Standard Shipping option (10-15 days delivery). For events further out, our Free Shipping is a great budget-friendly choice. Always allow for the 1-2 day processing time when planning!
